Let's see:
Random customer tries to buy some earbuds, they don't scan in the POS.
So we try to look it up, and he gets POed that it takes so long to do so.
Basically insults the manager, so he doesn't get the earbuds.
Then his credit card won't scan in the system for some cheap audio cable.
Of course then he gets POed and rips the card out of my hand and storms over to returns to complain.
Only problem with that is the same manager is POed at the customer so he kicks the guy out of the store.
Later a guy had an in store pickup for some speakers.
Which of course if he had read his email, said to go to the AV dept. to get them.
So I went to look for them, and of course somebody totally goofed & we only had one set of the speakers (he wanted 2).
Of course they were returned, and the guy thought he had paid for them already (which we never actually charge the card until they buy it in the store).
None of the managers were very helpful in figuring out who goofed.
So the guy left, saying he would come back Sunday.
He also mentioned leaving his kids in the car (though it wasn't that hot today, that's not a good idea in Texas).
