Yeah I don't agree with GDT about everything...just most things lol. I appreciate that he likes Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein for instance but my favorite is Son of Frankenstein ( a film I didn't even know it was ok to love until this year when your podcast, and The Angry Video Game Nerd both claimed to unabashedly love that film).
I think his idea for a Creature from the Black Lagoon remake was misguided and wrong (the woman falls in love with the Gillman)
Anways...Lynch. Yeah, just not going to like him. And you're right, Tarantino and aroud kaiju fans, Kaneko, both have some f'n annoying fans. Tarantino though has the most annoying fans, hipster douche bags quoting lines from his movies as if they are some how relevant to whatever situation their in (let me tell you folks, it's never, ever ok to use Tarantino dialogue in real life, that goes double for Diablo Cody)
