Well almost five months later I've reached my goal, well I'm shy three pounds away from it.
Currently I'm down to 223lbs. I honestly never thought I'd see the day when I'd be a resonably weight but with hardwork (both mentally and pyshically) and determination I've managed to drop the weight.
I think I'm going to shoot for another 28lbs or at least 23lbs and then just maintain a healthy diet and excercise regiment.
My next goal will be toning up my body because as it stands now I still have a "beer" gut.
