Jaws

Amazing!!!!

I did see part of Child's Play 2 but I didn't really care for it enough for me to watch it whole. Besides, one of my favorite shows (Married...With Children) was on so I chose to watch that instead.

Just watched Dogora, and I kind of loved it XD. It's so weird and fun. I loved any moment we got to see Dogora as most of the effects were really great.

Saw Cowboys and Aliens this weekend, and like you guys, it was..."alright". CGI was merely "adequate", not really wowed by the designs of anything alien here. In fact, I thought the aliens were seriously unremarkable, on the same level as the Morlocks in the terrible Time Machine remake several years ago, or the dvil dogs in Ghostbusters.

I wanted to see "Rise of the Planet of the Apes", but it seems I never get the final say in what we're going to see. :?

Fatal Rescue

Should of been called Failed Rescue, or something like that. This movie had an interesting concept and only a couple "okay" actors. However most of the rest of the actors were really terrible and some parts of the movie just didn't flow well.

Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone

Remember seeing this in theaters, it isn't too bad, I like it. Didn't get to finish it tonight though, tomorrow for sure. :)

Oldboy is a movie I wish I could watch again for the first time!

God, Oldboy is sooo crazy, and that's why I love it. I love it even more when it somehow finds its way to people who I never expected to watch it, like my Education Professor last semester.

Food, Inc. - What a CROCK. I can't stand when whiny b****es impune a system that keeps people ALIVE. Nobody wants to say it but the REAL solution to all this industrialized farming and over-farming is to cut the POPULATION of the world in half...(whiny voice) boohoo these poor farmers...but nobody mentions that these "poor farmers" got freaking dollar signs in their eyes when they decided to "sell their souls" to the big corporations - they wanted more money than they'd make doing it the old-fashioned way and it's their own damn fault that the corporations have them over a barrell...(whiny voice) oh WAAAAH food is being engineered...well once again, cut the population of the world in half and we wouldn't have to engineer food to be bigger and cheaper...(whiny voice) BOOHOO we’re creating new strains of bacteria and viruses…talk about a BS complaint – new strains of disease are popping up all the time, it’s an issue we’re going to have to deal with for the rest of human existence…(whiny voice) BOOHOO those poor pigs were SCREAMING…pigs are just NOISY animals, quit your bellyaching - I usualy hate documentaries for the exact reason that you can have one say WHATEVER you want, but I was told to check this out and I wouldn't regret it...WASTE OF 90 MINUTES well, waste of 70 minutes, there’s maybe 20 minutes of some fair and balanced information in here that is a bit enlightening but overall this is just propaganda – Someone in the movie mentioned getting rid of capitalism as their agenda. Why not just say you want to get rid of freedom?? The movie KEEPS talking about “100 years agoâ€

^^^Yeah, shopping at farmer's markets, growing stuff at home, etc is cool.

And yes, home-grown veggies/fruits taste better than store-bought stuff.

but that movie was still a complete pile of feces

Deep Space- This was a late 80's Alien ripoff that takes place on earth and yes the monster does indeed look like an alien. Check it out for the cheese value other than that there's nothing really worthwile, even the monster itself is kind of lame.

Finished watching Latitude Zero for the first time andddddd

I kind of love it. :D
The man in suit stuff sucks big time, but luckily, after it's introduced, it's mostly kept to a minimum. The rest of the film is so much fun that I can't help but love the damned thing! In fact, as far as Toho's scifi adventure kind of films (Stuff like Atragon, Battle in Outer Space) I like this one the best.

Watched Batman/Superman Apocalypse and Superman/Shazam Return of Black Adam thing.

Apocalypse was okay, but my favorite of these productions has been the Under the Red Hood thing.

Of the segments in the Return of Black Adam movie my favorite was the first, and the Green Arrow one was pretty enjoyable.

Devil

I liked the concept, but it just didn't completely sell me at all. It just wasn't played out nicely.

The Book of Eli

Now this movie was amazing IMO. I loved the story, I loved how they structured Eli's character. I loved the cinematography in the film and I love how a lot of the outside shots would sometimes look like monochrome. The action was fun and at first, unexpected. The other thing that impressed me was the score. It was really good and it fit the film entirely. Overall, a great movie! :D
