Since high school I've always been involved of journalism of some sort, but recently I got into fiction writing. So far I've written about a dozen short stories and I'm shopping around trying to sell them to magazines. I've managed to write a story under a contract and got paid, and I'm awaiting it to be published. I'm also working on scripts for Kiryugoji's short films.
The most challenging thing is finding the time to write. A story a week would be great. I read an essay by Walter Mosley saying that you should write at least three hours a day.

Stephen King recommends at least an hour a day. With a full-time job and a busy personal life, that's hard, though. When I
do have the time, I have difficulty getting motivated. Such is the life of a writer.
