What're are chances of getting these films re-released?

I mean... it's just a curiosity of mine... but it seems at least possible seeing as how sony made new subtitled prints of them. What factors might convince Sony to release these films as seperate DVDs with dual language tracks?

Of course, maybe there might still be too many of the older Double-feature discs out there. At first I planned on buying those (I have still yet to see any post GvsBio Heisei film  ) but then the new prints and a *possibility* of a re-release came up so I figured I'd wait and see what happened there... the question is: Am I holding my breath for nothing? I mean, Sony did advertise the old discs on the little inserts on the newer ones, did they not?

And the other question is this: Am I asking a stupid question?

...

That one report (concerning the new Showa DVDs from Sony) stated single releases as well as 5 and 7 disc box sets due out in October...

So far the confirmed and already released DVDs are:

GxM
GMK
GxMG

EBIRAH
SOG
GvsHedorah
GvsMG74

There are also rumors of GvsGigan being released as well...

I can see the 5 disc box being either the Showa or Heisei films (Sony owns the rights to five of each, I do believe) and perhaps there might be two different 5 disc sets... maybe?

But how would a 7 disc set work???

Maybe if GIGAN was not included, it could be the Showa films, as well as the three Milenium films already on the market...

Hrm...

GMMG could possibly fit into one of the Box scenarios, but I (A) can't see how and (B) seriously doubt it.

Any thoughts?
