Spacegodzilla: Capable of Regeneration?

Postby The Reverend Tegoth » Sun Feb 01, 2004 10:14 am

Okay, I've seen some people state (in the same thread no less) that Spacegodzilla has Heisei Godzilla level regeneration abilities and that Spacegodzilla has no regeneration abilities at all....

So which is it? IS Spacegodzilla capable of regeneration? I haven't seen the movie in a while, but it seems to me that Spacegodzilla was most likely created by Biollante travelling into space (since Spacegodzilla has some Biollante-like traits in his appearance that Godzilla doesn't). If this is the case, and Spacegodzilla does have regeneration, surely it wouldn't be on the same level as Heisei Godzilla, right?

I say he can regenerate, I doubt that the crystals are organic, so how can he regenerate non-living cells? (heck, there probably made of minerals) In Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla, MOGERA's nose drills into SpaceGodzilla making large holes, well there gone the next scene.

As for MrZilla69, just because he has regeneration, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt.

Yeah, I beleive his G/Bio parts have regeneration, where the Crystalline Entity's parts are without it.

It would've been cool if SG had Bio's tentacles, wouldn't it?

Either way, it doesnt really matter. In the end, SG got blown to hell anyway. So even if he could regenerate, it didnt help him that much come crunch time
