I wouldn't mind watching an actual decent attempt at a colorized Gojira.
It wouldn't have the same feel of the original obviously, but I think it would be interesting nonetheless.

I haven't seen the clip you posted but I am guessing it is from the "G Memorial" event which was a promotional event for 'Godzilla vs. Destroyer". I recall being rather moved at seeing Kenpachiro Satsuma genuinely mournful at the event with his head bowed most of the time and him nearly in tears.
The footage was recorded and you can see it on the "Making of Godzilla vs. Destroyer" documentary hosted by Akira Takarada.
