Godzilla 2 Concept by Doug Wood?

There was a concept by Doug Wood I'd like to enquire if anyone knows about. He turned in his fan contest entry(the contest that birthed Biollante) and it had Mugal from the Mecha Godzilla films and Dr Whu teaming up with an Iron Shelled Angilassaurus mutate. Anyone know anything about it? It was supposed to have a Red GODZILLA in it.

Hmm..I remember seeing this posted back on the old MZ and on the Daikaiju Eiga mailing list, so there were at least two others.
