Probably the most surreal film in the series, with some of the best special effects from a Kaiju film up to that point. I wish they'd made more like it.

Anytime any of the monsters gets hurt, i'm all for it. It gives them a sense of realism (man-made weapons might not do the trick, but the monsters themselves sure can take each other out). Just a tad sappy in the sense that after all, this is a giant plant.

but i like it also in a way because if it werent for this one, the spacegodzilla may never have been made. now that has, imho, better action than the biollante movie
