I voted for Baby Godzilla. Besides the gagging cuteness overload that was Space Godzilla Junior Turned out OK and became a serious Kaiju who actually had his own battle. Not Only that but his existance served a purpose: He saved Japan by absorbing all the radiation thus becoming the New Godzilla.

Mogera gets my vote for the sole fact that they didn't make him a juggarnaut but keep him cool. I would say Baby Godzilla but his apperance(phyiscally) I thought was a little too Barneyish.

I have to say King Ghidorah, by default.

Baby Godzilla is a huge step up from Minya (but what wouldn't be?).

Mothra looks like a toy, a plush, cannot-take-seriously, albeit giant, toy.

KG in his Mecha King Ghidorah form is simply awesome.
