Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster gets my vote. Four great monsters in one movie together. It's a classic.

This is really tough, but I go for Son of Godzilla, just because I think it deserves at least one vote. :D

I find it intresting how so many find Gojira, Mosura tai Gojira, Ghidorah overrated, and yet they have the most votes up on the poll....

Mothra Vs. Godzilla. This was the one I grew up on. Lots of TV air time. It has alot of Godzilla in it, and less campiness than most.
Ghidorah is a close second.

Monster Zero gets it for me. Found the story to be interesting and the kaiju battles to be entertaining.
