I like the original better than the one with Burr one this they took out of the u.s release is the debeta where they talk about how Gojira came into being and they but Burr into this asking some questions and they come back and to it and you see they al yelling at each other in the original you know why

I like the US version of Godzilla. I always thought the beginning was cool. Where they show you Tokyo all destroyed and you here Raymond Burr say "This is Tokyo....". All the while you have that eerie saxophone music playing. That was great!

James, "Ikiru" is my favorite Kurosawa film and IMO, the greatest performance Takashi Shimura ever delivered. Saying that though, I did not enjoy "Rashomon" nor "The Seven Samurai", which is surprising, even to me.
