I think Nick Adams was in a movie with James Dean. Rebel without a Cause. I can't recall him overdubbing though. Sorry !! :?

You got me. My knowledge is very limited here. I know
his career started out strong then went south. He was in a movie
with James Dean and starred with Boris Karloff in "Die Monster Die".
He was also in another movie with Kumi Mizuno called "The Killing
Bottle" though it does not seem a print of the film exists.
BTW when I said you got me at the top of my post I meant in
my knowledge of the man's career not cracking on the man himself.
Somewhere on the internet there's a more detailed bio of Mr.Adams
but I can't remember where......

Looks like he had a bigger career than I thought. I knew he had acted with some of the big guys, but I never knew he was in that many movies. He was truly a great actor, giving a memorable performance in all of the movies I've seen him in. I remember seeing him in "No Time for Sergeants" on AMC a couple years ago alongside Andy Griffith. That was some funny stuff.
