In Godzilla: King of the Monsters, when G blasts the car and they added a voice screaming "Ahhhhhh!" as it explodes.

Godzilla vs. Gigan: "He must'a thought it was a gun."

"Oh, cigarettes?"
"They're for you."
"Oh. Thank you. Thanks a lot."

There's a line in I think Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla or Terror of Mechagodzilla, and it's "Yooouuuu cannotgetaway" and it's so stilted and wrongly emphasized and weird sounding, it makes me chuckle every time.

Terror of Mechagodzilla's dub has lots of memorable line delivery.

"Humph! Super-sonic..."

"We've failed. Our gadget doesn't work."

"Forward, Titanosaurus, Mechagodzilla! Destroy them utterly!"

"HAhahaha! Go ahead and shoot. You can't kill me anyways, so what do your bullets matter? Hahahaha!"
