Monster Zero's Print (AMC October 28th)

Postby dbzgundam » Wed Oct 29, 2003 11:05 pm

What does everyone think of AMC's (well, UPA's) recent showing of Monster Zero, print wise?

It was definitely a step up from Gv.M a few weeks ago, but nothing spectacular. Grain was much smaller, fewer scratches, audio was MUCH clearer, and colors seemed less washed.

I'm sure the R2 looks 100x better and in widescreen, but why did it seem like the opening credits were newly created. (There is way to much shimmer, and they are so sharp compared to the other overlays used) I'm sure they were new, but just asking.

Any news on why Classic Media hasn't released this yet?
