I agree with Gfan54. Sort of uninspiring to watch King Ghidorah get his ass handed to him so quickly by Not-Quite-Ultraman. It's like rasslin', I guess. Sometimes you have to job out a legend just to get a new guy over.

(In a similar vein, I kind of feel like the Jiras getting smote down by Ultraman without so much as landing a shot after getting his frill torn off was sort of a cheap way of using "Godzilla" to get Ultraman over. Maybe I read too much into stuff.)

as far as I remember, Zone fighter was being powered by a crystal (dont remember the name) so he could defeat KG, because the monster was extremly powerfull to have a 2 part episodes.
