As far as I know, the only monster to ever fire missiles from its fingertips was Mechagodzilla, so it would had to have been either "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla" or "Terror of Mechagodzilla."
One thing: could you take it easy on the caps lock?

If it's not the 1974 GODZILLA VS MECHAGODZILLA (Godzilla vs. the Bionic Monster) or 1975's TERROR OF MECHAGODZILLA, maybe it was the TV Series "Johnny Sokko and His Flying Robot" (or the compilation movie, VOYAGE INTO SPACE)? Giant Robo(t) fired missiles from his fingers. Does this look familiar?
