What about Monster Zero. We're told at one point that the aliens have got King Ghidora attacking the western hemisphere, correct?

And as far as DAM is concerned, it's stated that everyone in Tokyo took shelter as soon as Rodan arrived, so maybe the death toll wasn't that bad.

In Godzilla vs Gigan the Tokyo attack seemed like it should have come as a big surprise, unless people had time to exacuate in that instance too.

Hmm...Godzilla vs Hedora...there's a real possibility. After changing into it's flying form, Hedora certainly did a lot of traveling, and from the deaths we're actually shown I'm assuming the death toll was pretty high.

Rodan (from Rodan)- doesn't looks like there was much time for anyone to find shelter

Ghidorah (from GTTHM) - it seems he attacked most places while they were in the middle of evacuation - he later surprise attacked the town hall meeting.

Hedorah - flying form caused tons of deaths as seen on screen.

Mechagodzilla & Titanosaurus - while the self defense force was ready it seems most people were not as seen on screen. Titanosaurus took time out of his busy schedule to single out and stomp on two kids.

I would put Destroy All Monsters in this category if we are talking about world wide but the defense force says everyone in Tokyo had evacuated to shelter.

I'll have to look at Gigan again, but I remember the self defense force identifying the monsters while they were in space. They probably issued a warning for civilians to get out of the area. I'm sure alot were probably still hiding when Anguirus was coming to Tokyo.
