I know, i've seen the versions but it's hard to believe that a giant gorilla who can be taken down by biplanes/helicopters with machine guns (not even a lot of them, if i may add) can beat a monster who hasn't been taken down by helicopters/fighter jets/rockets/missiles/lasers/a robotic dupe/black holes/bacteria/a space clone/a lightning-breathing monster/lava/a buzzsaw-toting alien monster/etc...

Okay. I lump it. Stupid idea. I mean, if the giant ape (which still produces laughter) was going to win he'd best do it convincingly and he'd best bring something more to the table than chest thumping and rock throwing. Tsubaraya loved Kong? So? That's a lame excuse to have your own monster lose lamely. This title invokes thoughts of what should've been the true Clash of the Titans. Instead it involved a singed ape, a stupid Godzilla, and both of them throwing tantrums that inflict the worst damage on poor pagodas everywhere.
