Gregzilla, several books provide cast and crew lists for the Toho films--Japan's Favorite Mon-Star, The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Godzilla, A Critical History and Filmography of Toho's Godzilla Series, The Japanese Filmography, and Japanese Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films come to mind. Most of those books (plus Monsters Are Attacking Tokyo) provide details, photos, and biographies of the key actors.

The Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com) can give you some basic information on the actors, like their filmographies.

Gojiradx, the first guy is Akira Takarada. He was in "Godzilla '54", "Godzilla vs. Mothra '64", "Godzilla vs. Monster Zero", "Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster", "Godzilla vs. Mothra '92", and he will have a role in the new "Godzilla: Final Wars".

The second guy is Kenji Sahara and he holds the heavyweight champ title for appearances in Godzilla movies. He was in "Godzilla '54" (blink and you'll miss him), "King Kong vs. Godzilla", "Godzilla vs. Mothra '64", "Ghidrah, the Three Headed Monster", "Son of Godzilla", "Destroy All Monsters", "Godzilla's Revenge", "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla '74", "Terror of Mechagodzilla", "Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah", "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla '93", and "Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla". I believe he too has a role in the upcoming "Final Wars".
