Interesting ideas. I don't like the design in the photo.

I'm excited, but I'm also not a fan of the design. Who knows, maybe it'll look better on screen compared to the toy.

We'll see. I can't see that Mechi-Godzilla being that much of a foe based on that design.

^ Is the homage that Godzilla and King Kong both appear in the same film, just like in 1962?
I kid, I kid.

Possible G design tweak leaked online:
Not much except slightly spikier dorsal plates, plus they're white - at least in this artistic rendering. Leaked from upcoming toyfair, so obviously take this as a 'confirmation' ...with a HUGE, iceberg-sized grain of salt.

It kind of looks like the 2014 design and not 2019. Maybe it's just pre-production artwork before they changed the design in 2019.

I'm expecting slight cosmetic changes out of 1) director's preference and 2) moichandising! (where the real money from the movie is made!) but concept art for these movies is usually all over the place with how the monsters look.

I'm sure there is artistic license at play in the picture. I'm hoping it means that Godzilla's fins will have white edges, rather than the solid color of KotM. I've always preferred dual tone fins.

Wonder how the choreograpy for the Godzilla vs Kong (and insert mistery bad kaiju) will be. I'm sure will be more brain vs brawn, with a bit of old time wrestling.

Two biggest takeaways from what I saw on twitter. Movie is under 2 hours but feels like its paced perfectly. There IS day time action.

Apparently Godzilla vs Kong is now even more doomed than it was before now that James Bond has parked right next to it ,this movie just can't catch a break.

I've been seeing reports (although they're from sites like We Got This Covered, so who knows) that the movie is going to have a shorter run time than any of the other MonsterVerse movies, running under 2 hours.

I just hope the movie is good, and I'm very excited about Toho taking the reins once more.
