Vampire Academy is beating Godzilla!! MUTO is trying to rally G-fans on Twitter to go vote for Godzilla, but looks like Big G could still use our help.

Why are we supposed to care? It's a stupid MTV poll. NOBODY watches MTV except for pre-teen and teen girls. I really could care less about this, it just shows what movies 14-year old girls are going to be flocking to this summer.

Well, it could help pre-empt the sort of bullshit that snowballed prior to the release of Pacific Rim. And it only takes 5 seconds to click a vote for Godzilla.

It's an MTV poll. Nobody cares. Besides, the two finalists are GUARANTEED to be Divergent and Hunger Games.

One thing I at least appreciate about the poll is that Godzilla isn't green. Looks like the designer actually knew what the hell they were doing.

I know that MTV isn't exactly the most reputable media outlet in the world, but any exposure we can give to G'14 is good exposure. Keep voting.

Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy were both out in round 1. This poll has already lost all reputability. Forget this lost cause.

Like everyone already said...it's MTV. The people voting in this poll are same people whose eyes are glued to Teen Mom and Real World 47 1/2.

Godzilla 2014 is a movie that I might watch on the screen or on DVD. I can't say the same about Vampire Academy.

As though emerging from a canyon full of Smog Monster sludge, Godzilla has come back from 45% of the vote against Vampire Academy's 55% of the vote, to tie things up at 50% - 50%!

Keep up the votes guys! Matt Frank posted something on his Facebook page too which helped tremendously too.

The video that played with the 8 bit music was kinda cute. I'm glad I clicked to vote. Godzilla is winning, BTW.

Since MTV no longer shows music videos what does the "M" stand for now? Moron perhaps?

I'm honestly surprised Godzilla is winning now...... Kinda crazy considering all the teens....

Vampire Academy will probably be in and out of theaters before anyone even notices it.

Who knows maybe Vampire Academy...bare with me here...just maybe...a small chance it just might be better than Godzilla.

I'm so sick of this plastered all over every Godzilla community. Who cares about some MTV internet poll? Just because we inflate the numbers on this thing doesn't mean the movie is going to do well or not. Can't we all do something better with our time like share the trailer with our friends and go to see the movie when it is released? The MTV demographic is going to pick Divergent/Hunger Games anyway. I especially don't understand the people who are being nasty about it. If we want people to go see Godzilla we aren't making any friends with the MTV demographic by insulting their taste in films.

I was thinking it would all go down like this if we won.

The Vampire fans would be so intrigued Godzilla beat them they'd check it out. Checking out the trailer they'd instantly be intrigued and bam ne G-Fans.
