I love how the writer assumed that only reason the military couldn't kill the monsters was because of the EMP :roll:

I wonder if everyone is going to have the same "sky is falling" reaction when X-Men DOFP has a 60-70% drop off this upcoming weekend? I thought DOFP was solid but its not a movie I'd want to see twice in the theater as its finale was rather....eh?

Only two markets are left, really, neither of which are as sure of a thing as a lot of people are making them out to be. I honestly give it a 50/50 on the movie performing well in China, at this point.

Oh my GOD who the hell CARES about the "OH GODZILLA! WHAT TERRIBLE LANGUAGE!" box office anymore?

Oh wait. I know why some people do: because they were too uppity and angsty and full of their own personal desires and insecurities to just ENJOY the marketing push and all of that this first time around and feel like they need a sequel.

I honestly don't even care about Godzilla's future. I've got 30 films, 2 cartoon series, several books, comics, and video games...there's more than enough Godzilla out there to choose if I so desire. Anything and everything we get from Legendary, Toho, or anybody else at this point is just gravy.
