Godzilla (2014) Part Three (NON-SPOILER DISCUSSION)

/sarcasm Then show me the bio-goji! /endsarcasm but seriously I have yet to here a single disappointing thing about this film. I'm stoked, Everyone I've shown the trailer to is stoked. At this point any criticisms I hear are just unintelligible back ground noise.

Well, I think we all kind of knew that this design wouldn't please everyone. That's impossible. Why not, instead of harshly putting down other people's opinions, we all try to get along?

Kind of a random statement, but I'd love for this movie to have one of those Godzilla endings where he rises up from the bottom of the ocean to the original theme. Now I'm not expecting to hear some original Godzilla music, but it'd be great. I just think it'd be cool if at the end they had an epic fight, someone drops a nuke, and everything is gone, so the audience think Godzilla is dead. Then before the credits, we get the good ole Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah/GMK ending where the camera slowly moves through the ocean floor, the theme music comes on, and we see Godzilla! I don't think or expect that this will happen, it's just something I think would be cool.

It is the opening of Godzilla`s theme that is most important(imo) and is what should be paid respect to. That said it shouldn`t be hard to envoke this for whatever we get as the new theme.

I'm pretty much staying away from any and all Godzilla media except for the trailers. I don't want to spoil anything for this movie. I love the fact that these trailers really doesn't tell us too much like other movie trailers these days.

On a forum it should be really easy to pick out who'll love/hate the movie no matter what, and those who'll actually look at the film on its own merits, looking at the pros and cons, and decide whether they like it or not. So far, things are looking pretty good to me. Edwards comparing Godzilla to an ancient Ronin has me excited.
