Godzilla-Movies is probably the worst thing that has come from this movie was announced.

Conjured up rumors being taken seriously by other news sites.

iirc PacRim's website and teaser released officially in December, so if they are doing the same timeline we should be seeing something this month

ah, see, i thought it was gonna be this year or something, and that would be where the Godzilla trailer was attached.
When that movie finally comes out people are gonna be confused. They're gonna think it already came out with how long that trailer's been around.

LOL, on TK, they have a thread about "What is your worst fear about the Godzilla Movie" and I said

I do not want to go into a theater and sit next to the self entitled Godzilla fan that thinks everything sucks unless it's 100% what they want. If I hear a guy complain about gills, the other monsters, actors or anything, even if it sucks (which I think it will be amazing) I will have to take my sci-fi nerd self and tuck him inside my Off Road Racing, Jet Boat Driving, redneck, kick ass self and whoop that guys a$$. I will not tolerate dude whining about what they want.

That said, If I get my big case done or settlement from my injury I may just rent a theater out myself, 200 seats at $15 bucks, $3000....invite my friends that I know will like it (and my 7 year old that knows more about Godzilla than most "fans" and especially Develin and Emmerich) and may have to fly Mouth For War, Jelly and Metal Bryan out to San Diego to join me. (That's not an official offer fellas so don't get excited yet...but it is a possibility.) OR I rent out the Cineoplis Theater with reclining leather seats and alcohol and food served to you in your seat during the movie... (That's only 60 seats at $22 so even better price....yeah that's what I will do, not IMAX but man is it awesome)

Then we can rule the theater and laugh at the geeks that sit outside the first showing wondering why a dozen people are only being let in..... LMAO

The more I think about it the more I think renting out the theater for the first showing while the rest of the geeks wait outside scratching their heads would be epic. I mean they would be like "Hey, that's a big theater, why are only 12 people being allowed in?"

I would slip the box office people to say "Those are are true superfans as certified by Toho and Legendary and given a private first showing based on their support for the brand through Monster Zero Forums"

That would surly send them into a tizzy.
