I seriously doubt Legendary Pictures are putting their logo on every piece of what is surely closely-guarded concept art for this movie. That would make it impossible to deny ownership if they ever do leak, and the last thing they're trying to do is give scoop-hungry websites confirmation from the outset.

That design is fan art, which is good because it's awful. After the fiasco that was GINO, I don't see LP doing something as radical with the design as giving Godzilla feathers/quills.

While I do agree that quills and feet do kill the appearance of that Godzilla. I think if the arms and legs were changed, it might actually look kinda cool. I like the tail.
