I have a funny feeling the "Clash of the Titans" director is gonna get it.

Not to go too far off topic, but yeah, Cigarette Burns was amazing. An amazing episode in an amazing series.

If I could have my wants, I'd say Brad Bird. Everything from the wonder, awe and pathos of The Iron Giant to the crazy yet very pleasing action of The Incredibles, I think he's got the stuff.

Brad Bird, good pick. And he's doing MI4 so he'll get his feet wet in live-action. That's actually a very exciting choice and I hope you're right.

While I am the "Most Naive Person About The Business" on MZ, I do suspect there is a lotta' latent love for the Big Guy in Hollywood. Filmmakers just need to be convinced that a Godzilla movie is a viable enterprise. WB/LP picking it up, and the CEO stressing the importance of the character, are a good sign.

You must show no mercy, nor have any belief whatsoever in how others judge you... for your greatness will silence them all!

Why is the SDCC T-shirt thing being referred to as a fiasco?

As best as I can tell, the t-shirt "fiasco" was:

1. A legitimate promotion authorized and paid for by Legendary Pictures

and

2. Outsourced artwork, meaning that though it was approved by Legendary, it is in no way the official design - merely something to give us a reason to have faith in them.

So I don't really see how it was a "fiasco" or a reveal of the monster.
