I got s script question, did Godzilla engage the military? Like tanks, jets, ships, etc. Did he do battle with any of those? Any mention of Godzilla being immune to conventional military weapons?

Yeah I don't really mind being spoiled. In fact, I've found in the past, that it can kind of help me enjoy the film if I know that certain elements (drastic changes in iconic characters) are going to be present in the film. Knowing spoilers in advance kind of helps me get used to elements of a script or film so that I can enjoy it more.

Just a personal preference. I'm not really looking to find out how the movie ends and what not....but Godzilla's origin is one element that I'd like to know before going into the film if at all possible.

After that spoiler, I can bail on this thread.
