seriously though...this seems like something that was in production creepily around the time of Gene Wilder's death and they wanted to let enough time pass before releasing it would not bee "too" uncomfortable.

They've been doing these kinda mashups for several years now. What gets me are the WWE tie-ins: first with Scooby-Doo, then with The Flintstones, now with The Jetsons. Who will the wrestlers of the WWE meet next? I'm thinking Jabberjaw.

Though it wasn't Warner related, WWE stars were used in Sony's low-budget sequel to Surf's Up. Cant believe the first film is 10 years old already...

Funny thing is that they've been churning these things out with regularity, but only now, probably due to the recent death of Gene Wilder making folks protective of the classics, has the internet collectively jumped on this thing and labeled it and abomination. It's been amusing to watch, but I wonder if it'll change WB's strategy going forward.
