So the Simpsons/Family Guy cross over was actually quite enjoyable. Sure, the fight was down right stupid and dragged on for way too long, but I absolutely loved the court room scene (especially the James Woods stuff) and the joke about carrying Bob's Burgers was hilarious. Watching Clevland in the other plane was just priceless. That joke was easily the best joke of the entire episode. Oh, the car wash scene was crap too though. Other than that, I applaud that they did a nice job with this crossover. Oh, and the Kodos, Kang, and Roger moment was awesome.

Kain pretty much summed it up, and included the best in-jokes. I watched it a few months after its initial broadcast online simply for completion sake. It had a few "Ha ha" moments, but nothing super spectacular. Definitely could have done without the car wash scene *shudders*. I thought the Simpson/Futurama crossover was much better.

I actually didn't find the Futurama cross over to be remotely funny.
Speaking of Simpsons, since I haven't really seen anything for Seasons 24-26, I decided to download them (they aren't available On Demand or Netflix) and I'm almost done with 25. The 24th season was pretty bad. There were a few good moments to be found, especially in the episode with Lisa's bully substitute, but for the most part, it was pretty bad. Almost as bad as Season 17 (which I consider to be the worst of the series). Thankfully, 25 has been a much improvement with some great moments like Bart's "You know I don't speak to field agents, GET YOUR BOSS ON THE PHONE!!" and the Miyazaki homage. However, "Steal This Movie" is hands down one of the best episodes to come out of the modern age of Simpsons ever. That was just down right fantastic because it hit the right chord on every level. Unfortunately, afterwards, the season has started to dive into mediocrity with episodes like the closing of the old folk's home (although, the bully bit in the subway was kind of cool), the one with the kid who wants to be a professional eater, and the worst Sideshow Bob episode ever. Oh yeah, the one with Homer being cloned was pretty awful too and each future episode seems to get even more unrealistic as they go along.
