So we've been spending the last two days while my g/f is recovering from her surgery watching Gargoyles and we just finished the Avalon three parter. My god I forgot how amazing this show is. It has such rich story telling and character development that it can rival any anime out there. It is a real treat to come back to this show after not having watched it in about 8 years. Not only that, but watching the whole thing in chronological order has been down right incredible.
I really wish Disney would team up with the Four Horsemen and give us a multiposseable cartoon accurate toy line to this series.

You watching it on youtube? Cause it's available legally for free by Disney.

I've wondered for years why Disney has never even been rumored to consider adapting Gargoyles for the big screen. (The folks running Disney have long seemed intent on ignoring the Cave of Wonders that is their own vaults)
I really need to pick up the home video releases for Gargoyles. I know Wal-Mart has the first season for $10 right now, they had S2 Part 1 as well but it either was pulled in the recent reset or just moved.

Just so you know, S2V2 was a Disney Movie Club exclusive so you will need to get it online either off their site or off their ebay account (which is where I got mine).

I know Disney doesn't care about Gargoyles anymore because they aren't even featured in that Skylanders copy cat.

Just off the top of my head, thinking of characters that would work in a game like this, you have Peter Pan, Captain Hook, the Genie, Maleficent, the Beast, Hercules, Aladdin, Mulan...hell, if you do want to include TV stuff you could always use Goliath (as Kain said), Gizmoduck, Darkwing Duck...
The possibilities are endless. But it's clear that Disney is just targeting 8 year olds weaned on whatever is brand new.

Finished Season 2 today and now I am downloading TGC and I've got the first 8 issues to the comic that came out a few years ago (I do need to pick up the paperbacks that included the unfinished stories).
