I've mentioned this on other threads, but Disney/Marvel really needs to get their act together, most of the marvel/Sunbow animated series from the 80's were on Netflix from 2011 until about 2015. Now the only way you can get them is to digitaly purchase them on sites like amazon. forget that, they really need to get these on DVD in North America.

Yeah that fight from the last episode of Sperman TAS was epic. The other battles in Justice League :Twilight part 2, and the final JLU episode "Destroyer" were nice follow ups, but nothing tops that first one.
Someone really needs to get their act together and release Marvel Animation on DVD. Most of it was on Netflix a few years back and its all gone now. the pirate market for these flourishes because the rights holders do nothing. WB has released nearly all their past library of DC animaiton, Marvell needs to step up and do the same, offering them digitally only on Amazon is no way a motivation for me to purchase them.
As far as great moments in animation, there are just way to many for me to offer. For now, may I just recommend the Young Justice Episode: "Coldhearted", it has a great story that nearly made me tear up at the end, and some of the greatest comeuppance ever served to a super villain.
Also, I'm a HUGE fan of 80's cartoon intro's, but there's one from 2010, that is quite perhaps the greatest of them all:
