If the story is good you don't notice the running time of the movie until it's over. And if the movie's story isn't entertaining, adding more time won't help it any.

Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 7:58 pm^During the golden age of Hollywood a 70 minute or so movie was typical. Duck Soup (the greatest comedy movie of all time) is only 68 minutes. Most Laurel and Hardy flicks are an hour or less.
