I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Regular Show live action short is even better than the AT one!
Both of these just reiterate what I've been thinking lately: the old spirit of Cartoon Network is back. In the '90s and early '00s the channel felt like it was operated by and bunch of, well, weirdos who liked cartoons and were just trying to entertain one another. As a kid I felt like I was in on some private joke, and the other kids I talked to about it felt the same. Over the past decade CN lost a lot of that spirit. It seemed like it was trying to be Nickelodeon, but now they've gone back to their core principle of letting creative people do their own thing and I'm happy it's paid off.
