Yeah, sorry, the current toons do nothing for me. In fact, outside of a few specifics like JL/JLU, BatB, TFA, MOTU, and Samurai Jack, the 2000s have done very little for me in the way of cartoons. Some of them that were good were canned too early to really make an impact (Thundercats and Young Justice) or just went on way too long to the point of them being awful (Ben 10). The 90s were my favorite era as it is also when story telling was at its best. We had Batman Beyond, Batman The Animated Series, Animaniacs, Superman The Animated Series, Beast Wars, Starship Troopers The Roughneck Chronicles (which was sadly never finished and is nearly unwatchable these days), The Simpsons (it was only 9 seasons!!!), and most importantly, Gargoyles. Okay, I consider BTAS to be the greatest cartoon of all time, but Gargoyles has the greatest story telling of all time and is in a close second. It is a shame Disney has treated this series like second rate garbage over the last decade as the show deserves better.

On the subject of Archer, the first two seasons were fantastic, but season three pretty much killed my interest in the show. In fact, the only reason I am watching season four is because a friend picked up the BD.

It's a damn shame when the only thing I have to look forward to in terms of animated series is Star Wars Rebels. And that's still, what... 7-8 months away? Glad to see Netflix is going to air the un-aired episodes of The Clone Wars though.
