Need info on movie

I can't remember the title I saw on youtube some time ago about some normal size women that grow Ultraman size. They are battling in a city until one of them pulls off the other's bra. I also remember one of heroine's friend trying feverishly to remove her top to change. What is the name of the movie and Is it available on DVD? Thanks!
