Dark and brooding...yes, thats the kind of G-film we need.

I personally find Tokyo being burnt to ashes and thousands of people dying violent...I mean Its not full on "300" violence, but what is?

There's a difference between the dark and brooding of Godzilla and the overblown ridiculousness you've wrought, sorry. Godzilla had a point to it all... your stuff... doesn't. It's just silly and using the "dark" stuff as a crutch, really.

Give me Godzilla Vs. Gigan any day over this stuff.

If someone can make a dark and brooding Godzilla film that's both true to the original and not some overblown fangasm with lots of gore and "hardcore" music, that's fine. Until then, give me something fun.
