Godzilla vs The 50ft Kumi Mizuno!
Or how about a time travel story with Heisei Godzilla vs Showa Godzilla. One being near twice the height of the other would make for an interesting match.
What I'd really like to see is a Toho movie focusing on battles between two flying monsters. Sure Godzilla vs Mothra had two opposing flying monsters, but the action potential was hampered by the need to keep the (thankfully this time) earthbound Godzilla from being sidelined in the action scenes. Mothra vs Rodan is a film I'd like to see done. The first and third Heisei Gamera movies showed how exciting aerial monster combat can be.

There was a comic that had him fight a Daimajin type... Maijin...? Anyways, he was a giant samurai statue and Godzilla would keep blowing him up, but his stones would reform and he would keep getting bigger. Godzilla ends up beating him in the ocean or something...
