Honestly this is my dream version of Godzilla. Yes its evil, vicious, spiky and has many un-godzilla like qualities but I don't care its pleasing to me so suck it.

This design just looks like a Godzill ready to kick some but in this most horrible and vicious way possible... like he is invincible.

It's not my FAVORITE Godzilla design but I do like it a ton. Most of my favorite non-canon designs are pretty crazy spiky though. :lol:

Okay, I've been wanting to show these off for a long time now, so I guess now is as good time as any. I made this concept model over a year ago while playing around with a free 3d software called Sculptris ().

While the model is unfinished and crude, this has always been my ideal Godzilla for any new movie. A Godzilla that is a very powerful and majestic creature, a true King of the Monsters!

I would also like to point out that I would only want to see this design used for one movie. In my head i always wanted to see the movie godzilla vs the devil made. I wanted Godzilla to be resurrected as the Devil's avatar of death only to eventually break loose and confront his former master as well as minions from hell. In order for Godzilla to fight someone as evil as the devil I always thought Godzilla would have to look equally as vicious and this fits my idea for this film. You can call my idea corny, crazy whatever I don't care. All that's important is I think it would make a kickass film.

I didn't want to get dragged back into this thread, but I don't see how the design Danny posted is vomit-inducing.

It's not T-rex like, it doesn't have quills or feathers, it has fairly typical spikes, it doesn't have the therapod legs...

I don't get the backlash

^Godzilla's body shouldn't be armored like that, the back spikes look NOTHING like his traditional ones and unless there's a very good, story reason for him to look like that, the red chest looks idiotic.

I hate that design. If I saw it and didn't know that was Godzilla...I wouldn't know it was Godzilla. Maybe some weird Korean ripoff monster, but not Godzilla.
