Residing in OC, I would love nothing more than to see it laid barren, at least on the Big G's way to L.A. :lol:

OT, Knott's Berry Farm used to have a lot of integrity to it, even as the red-headed stepsister to Disneyland.....now, it's run down, and it's the place where people go that don't want to or can't pay the exorbitant prices at the Disney parks. That one thing, though, still makes the Disney parks a pleasant place to go, and not overrun by the 909ers. Knott's has become a big gathering place for gangs and unfortunately, anyone that wants to have a pleasant time without dealing with those lowlifes would do well to never set foot there again.

(909 being the area code for Riverside County, aka "tweaker country")

Then again, the Anaheim/Buena Park area isn't really renown for its cultural influence either.

Hmm, maybe Big G paying a visit wouldn't be a bad thing afterall.

He could fight a Hedorah-like monster born of the hazardous material of a high desert meth lab.

....seeing any part of this film set in New York. I'm so sick and tired of NY being used as a locale in everything...it would be cliche and not interesting. I would much rather see Godzilla attack a different city...LA, Chicago (have him or another kaiju emerge from Lake Michigan), St. Louis (seeing him swim from the Gulf of Mexico up the Mississippi River and destroy the Gateway Arch would be one awesome scene), Portland, Seattle, San Diego, San Francisco (have him step on Nancy Pelosi's house while he's there), Boston, etc. would all be far more interesting locales than NY.
