I feel like this is in vain but if moonlight SY3 can keep editing his post for two years than I can show you how I figured out how to post. Before you submit a post you have to check Do not automatically parse URLs. That's the secret.

This method also works for fixing old posts that have been invisible since the forums broke. As far as I can tell, the posts that turned invisible are ones containing BBCode (quotes, embedded pictures, etc). Editing a post and checking the 'do not automatically parse URLs' option makes the post visible again, but deactivates BBCode.

I wonder if there's a way for an admin to make a global change to activate that check box for all old posts and have it checked by default for new ones. In theory that should make everything except pictures and videos visible again.

I'm still logged in on my phone, but on my tablet I can no longer log in. Could the walls finally be caving in here? I'll continue posting if I can, but I just want to say I love this board. It's my first online home and a reminder of an older, (mostly) better (and certainly nostalgic) internet.

I'm Angilasman on TK where I occasionally post. @LukasHarrisonB on Twitter (for now) and... I'm thinking about starting a Letterboxd? Anyone on Letterboxd? Seems kinda cool, maybe?

I can still log in on my laptop. I'll remain on the S.S. Monster Zero until this ship sinks!

Twitter is and always has been the worst, although TikTok might have it tied.

^ It is terrible! I just repost art and other cool stuff, and you can keep track of cool artists and writers and get sad by realizing how little they're paid! (when they're even employed)

Is it doing the thing for you where it says you're logged out, you go to log back in and then as soon as you do it just says you're logged back out again? If so the way I fixed it was to right click on the padlock (site secure) icon in the search bar, then click on "cookies and site data" and "manage cookies and site data", then deleted the site's cookies. That seemed to clear it up for me, and if it started happening again not too long afterwards I just did it again and it let me log in properly.

Hope that helps you and maybe anyone else here who might be reading this but couldn't post because they were suffering from the same issue!
