No clue, haven't seen the same behavior myself. Check your cookie settings and any secuirty software you have like Zone Alarm. Keep in mind that everything about logging in and staying logged in is pretty much based on your individual cookies and browser settings. Try changing the relevant options to see if it makes a difference, and try from a different computer to see if the behavior is replicated.

This has been happening to me as well; I'm using FireFox most of the time, but it has also happened with Internet Explorer. I figured out what was happening yesterday (that is, I'm not nuts, I *do* know my password

), after trying to log in several times, I noticed that my screen name was already listed among the "Registered Users" currently online, yet I could not access the boards. So, my account was signed in, but I was not let in
