It's been a long time since I've done HTML.
But you might be able to get the frame positioned if you use these tags:

HSPACE="50"
VSPACE="50"

Just play around with the numbers inside the quotes to get the frame where you want it on the page.

*This is the first time I've looked at iFrames. And one thing that sucks about them is that they don't work properly in the Firefox browser. And older Netscape browsers.
Many people are swithching to Firefox. So it might not be a good choice for a web site design.

Actually... is there a javascript out there that can embed another html file (act as a frame) in the middle table? That would be AWESOME! and will solve my 2 week headache.
