Is Flash hard to learn? I have always been curious about it.

Thanks Shonokin. I drew the Little Goji with a Wacom tablet pen instead of scanning in a drawing on paper, but I think it turned out ok.

And Matolen, the basics of Flash aren't that hard to pick, like doing frame-by-frame animations or building simple web pages. But to truly master the application is very difficult. I've been trying to teach it to myself for year and am just now starting to understand the actionscript language, which is used to do cool effects and add interactivity to your web pages, like the bubbles. There really only is one bubble, I used the actionscript to duplicate it, vary the size and transparency, and to simulate gravity.
If you are interested in learning Flash you can download a trial version for free at www.macromedia.com and visit www.flashkit.com to find tons of helpful tutorials.

Here is a link to a piece I just finished:

hope it works (you may need to right click in the upper-left of the window and select play). I'd like to hear any coments you all may have.

:)
