I call it "A Voice From the Outer-World", which is an old Fremen saying from Arriakis (Dune).
One will come, a voice from the outer-world, the Mahdi
All mystic and crap...either that, or I was just listening to too much jungle drums when I drew this. Anyways...it's Kiryuu, with the GMMG weapons on him and some added stuff....enjoy....
