Hate to tell you this, but yeah, I agree with everyone else. You need a program like Photoshop. It'll color right behind the lines. But you have to be willing to spend an arm and a leg to buy it.
It's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!

It will do the job just as good as Photoshop if you learn how to use masks and layers like any other graphics program. I don't know if this will help, but you might try the following webpage:
It's geared toward Photoshop, but PSP7 has all the same stuff. Sometimes the tools are called different names but they perform the same function.
