"Terror of Idiot Box" DVD Cover

I'm doing this giant monster inspired custom DVD cover entitled "Terror of Idiot Box Presents..., to be used for my extensive collection of DVD-R copies. And for use by other people and their own DVD collections, lacking covers (hence the blank lines for additional text).

This is basically an all purpose DVD slip despite the kaiju-theme and obvious spoof title, which hopefully I'll have finished by week's end.

I doubt I'll get much of a response (namely because I barely post anything on this forum), but wanted to get some fellow artist opinions on this, along with related questions.

Here's an incomplete preview.



Is it TOO blue?

Also, what's the right size parameters for a standard DVD case?
