This is a speed paint I did with a mixture of 3D Studio Max.
I call it Manda over Miami, like Moon over Miami. Or something. The building he's standing on is the probably one of the most famous buildings in Miami, the Bank of America Tower. It's probably one of the most colorful buildings I've seen. I decided to turn it red to contrast Manda's blue. This is how I often imagined my Manda to be...standing over the Bank of America Tower and keeping a watchful vigil on his city of Miami. I love doing dragons on skyscrapers.
