Alterniverse Anguilas

Okay, this is a test for movement and a bit for texture. Still needs work, but I wanted to see how it would do so far.
I've noticed over time that people give their versions of kaiju names, kinda like, Showa and Heisei. So, I figured I'd call my versions that I'm working on, Otherniverse Godzilla, Anguirus, Rodan, etc.

Here's Otherniverse Anguirus, at least a test.
First a picture ---

And here's the animation/texture test ---

Quicktime -- about 250 K

EDIT: Someone pointed out it should be Anguirus. After all, that's what the Toho site has.

Thanks, but compared to the likes of some of the others at sculpting, I'm just an amateur. I'm still having trouble with mapping, but I think I found a work around to get them on the model better. Anguirus is turning out a lot better than I thought it would.

Here's a bigger version of the animation from a different angle --

It's right at 500 K.

I need to do a detailed tutorial on modeling a monster. That head tutorial doesn't help as far as making monsters, I don't think.

Thanks, I'm hoping I can use these in something, pictures if nothing else. Something for Goji's 50th.
